Credit Application

If you are interested in applying for credit terms with Electrical.com please download and fill out the attached credit application. The second page must be signed before the application is sent in. When sending in your credit application, please attach a copy of your W-9 and a sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable). Credit applications can be emailed to [email protected], or faxed to (303) 648-5077. On average, the completion time for a credit application is about one week, however this can vary.
