Return and Warranty Terms
Items purchased from Electrical.com may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty because Electrical.com is not an “authorized” dealer of the merchandise. However, the item is covered by Electrical.com’s 2-Year Warranty, the terms of which are set forth below.
- Return Policy
- Definitions of Product Conditions
- NEW – Guaranteed brand new, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products in factory original packaging. Most of our new items are sourced in large volume at steeply discounted rates from various trusted suppliers. We are intentionally not an authorized distributor for major brands so that we're not subject to their minimum pricing rules. This allows us to buy in bulk at steep discounts and pass the savings on to our customers. These items come with a full 2 year warranty
- NEW SURPLUS – Guaranteed new, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products that have never been energized (had power applied to them). Sometimes these items come without factory original packaging. We often source new surplus items from new, never used, pre-constructed panel boards, cabinets, and similar assemblies. We're able to dismantle these assemblies and pull out the new equipment inside to sell at a substantial discount. New surplus products still come with a full 2 year warranty.
- RE-CERTIFIED – OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products that previously had power applied to them. Guaranteed to meet original specifications and certified ready for service by our PEARL certified technicians. In most cases, re-certified equipment is gently used and has undergone a full rebuild. In all cases, every re-certified items goes through a rigorous calibration and testing process to ensure it meets OEM new.
- SUBSTITUTE – NEW IN BOX, Substitute (Direct Replacement) products that directly replace the OEM product. Designed and engineered to meet or exceed the OEM product specifications. Guaranteed to fit and function with the OEM product application. All of our Substitute products are manufactured by trusted partners, are lab tested off the assembly line and are guaranteed with a full 2 year warranty.
- USED — This product has been used and is sold as-is without a warranty.
